Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Design team to integrate user-focused solutions in all aspects of development.
• Work alongside the Product Manager to ensure alignment of code with business goals.
• Maintain and innovate the front-end build system, promoting best practices and efficiency.
• Develop clean, testable code that ensures compatibility across devices and browsers.
• Create and encourage the use of design patterns focusing on accessibility and performance.
• Architect reusable front-end components to facilitate efficient application development.

Skills

• Extensive experience in React application development, with practical hands-on knowledge.
• Proficient in modern web technologies including CSS, TypeScript, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Strong ability to write unit tests, particularly using Jest or similar frameworks.
• Experience in an Agile work environment, ideally Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks like Vue or mobile toolsets like React Native.
• Knowledge of inclusive design practices and understanding of WCAG standards.
• Familiarity with Git for efficient version control.
