We are seeking a detail-oriented Release Analyst to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting quality systems and product documentation for our Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health products. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage product release documentation and quality system processes.
- Review and prepare Change Notifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product setup and change notifications.
- Conduct audits of labeling and packaging components to maintain quality assurance.
- Assist in the release of electronic manuals and ensure timely updates on the eManuals website.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least six months of related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in common software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on quality and compliance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a regulated environment, particularly within the medical device industry.
- Familiarity with FDA, ISO, EN, and GMP standards.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
