JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Program Leader to drive the successful execution of various banking and lending initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead critical projects while collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of a portfolio of banking and lending initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Transform project ideas into actionable plans, including developing compelling materials for project funding and prioritization.
  • Maintain integrated project plans, track milestones, and oversee delivery timelines across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Analytics, and Operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates, creating engaging presentations to communicate progress to stakeholders and executives.
  • Identify and resolve project blockers proactively, escalating issues with clear options when necessary.
  • Prepare concise executive-level reports and communications to keep leadership informed about project performance and milestones.

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creating executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis and data interpretation.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the financial services industry or similar highly regulated sectors.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle management from ideation to delivery.
  • Ability to operate independently and make sound judgment calls.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills to manage dependencies effectively.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
