Join our dynamic team as an IT Program Manager, where you'll lead pivotal infrastructure and operations projects and make a significant impact within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution phases of infrastructure and operations programs, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate the determination of program scope, objectives, and deliverables through stakeholder collaboration.
- Develop detailed program plans and schedules, effectively coordinating resources and timelines.
- Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to drive successful program outcomes.
- Prepare and present program updates to senior management and stakeholders to maintain transparency and engagement.
- Implement program changes and interventions to optimize performance and achieve desired results.
- Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
Skills
- Extensive experience in program management, specifically within IT infrastructure and operations.
- Strong grasp of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven aptitude for managing multiple projects while maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with technical infrastructure and security management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project and Visio.
- Relevant certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
