- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and support processes.
Skills
- Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a corporate environment, especially with executive support.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices for service management.
