Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and technical strategy across various client engagements, ensuring efficient system design and deployment.
- Develop high-quality cross-platform mobile applications that deliver native-quality experiences on both iOS and Android.
- Bridge design and development by collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and translating design intents into responsive applications.
- Provide mentorship to a team of developers, fostering growth through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Integrate native modules and APIs, enhancing app capabilities touching hardware components such as BLE and biometrics.
- Advise clients on technical solutions for mobile needs, transforming detailed business requirements into effective mobile strategies.
- Contribute to the improvement of mobile practices, sharing frameworks, tools, and open-source projects with the wider community.
Skills
- Extensive mobile development experience with a focus on React Native and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong expertise in mobile architecture and implementation using React Native, Expo, and TypeScript.
- Experience leading multi-team mobile projects, with a deep understanding of both iOS and Android environments.
- Proficiency in Swift/Kotlin for native module development to extend app capabilities beyond the JavaScript layer.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaborative spirit with a commitment to mentoring and team leadership.

- Experience with Expo workflows and strategies for handling OTA updates.
