Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design and assess user experiences, ensuring they are both accessible and user-friendly.
• Perform competitive analysis and keep abreast of industry trends to guide design strategies.
• Apply human-centered design methods to develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct reviews and tests on digital products to confirm compliance with accessibility standards.
• Involve in quality audits and contribute to the creation of effective remediation plans when needed.
• Guide team members in accessibility best practices and assist in forming educational materials.

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in user experience design with a strong grasp of accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in conducting user research and implementing findings to enhance user experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill with the ability to clearly express design concepts.
• Skilled in utilizing design and testing tools to assess digital accessibility.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ARIA markup and semantic HTML.
• Experience with various assistive technologies such as JAWS and NVDA.
• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and experience in facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Background in agile environments and cross-channel projects.
