Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various vendors to ensure smooth pickups and quick issue resolution while maintaining open communication.
• Diligently track and close open requests, ensuring processes are completed on time.
• Utilize data to identify trends and drivers impacting cost and efficiency.
• Provide valuable support and troubleshooting assistance to store teams to maximize operational efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for program activities and services.
• Recognize and identify risks or recurrent issues for the core team to address.
• Support vendor onboarding processes when necessary.

Skills

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask efficiently.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective team and vendor collaboration.
• Proficient in basic data analysis using tools like Excel.
