We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to enhance our customer experience for a leading music platform. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop innovative UX solutions in a dynamic, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to communicate interaction behaviors effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to define business and feature requirements using data and usability findings.
- Participate in usability testing to assess and optimize performance of features.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and refinement.
- Contribute to best practices and standards in user interface design and development.
Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and familiarity with AI prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of usability principles and user-centered design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex design concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with direct-to-consumer products and subscription services.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for prototyping.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant user-centered design solutions.
