Join our team as an HR Technology Workday Analyst, where you'll lead transformative HR solutions and enhance global employee experiences. Dive into advanced system designs, streamlining HR processes while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Workday solutions with a focus on Compensation and Benefits.
- Convert business needs into user-friendly system designs that boost operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and embrace new Workday capabilities to refine HR processes.
- Manage structured testing cycles, maintaining compliance and governance standards.
- Advise HR leaders on best practices and provide strategic insights.
- Address complex issues in Compensation and Benefits to ensure reliable system operations.
Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field is essential.
- Minimum of five years' experience in HR Technology, specializing in Workday configuration.
- Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving expertise.
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform or RPA tools is advantageous.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced configurative expertise in multiple Workday modules.
- Demonstrated experience guiding analysts and managing project teams.
- Certified Workday Pro is an asset.
- Knowledge in EIBs and best practices for mergers and acquisitions.
