Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge Workday solutions with a focus on Compensation and Benefits.
• Convert business needs into user-friendly system designs that boost operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and embrace new Workday capabilities to refine HR processes.
• Manage structured testing cycles, maintaining compliance and governance standards.
• Advise HR leaders on best practices and provide strategic insights.
• Address complex issues in Compensation and Benefits to ensure reliable system operations.

Skills

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field is essential.
• Minimum of five years' experience in HR Technology, specializing in Workday configuration.
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving expertise.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform or RPA tools is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced configurative expertise in multiple Workday modules.
• Demonstrated experience guiding analysts and managing project teams.
• Certified Workday Pro is an asset.
• Knowledge in EIBs and best practices for mergers and acquisitions.
