Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to ensure seamless operation of LAN and WAN networks.
• Actively participate in troubleshooting processes to swiftly resolve network performance issues.
• Collaborate on innovative network upgrades and improvements for increased efficiency.
• Document and assess network configurations, identifying potential improvements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, staying informed on the latest security and networking practices.

Skills

• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities and knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies.
• Proficient in network protocols and services, including TCP/IP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Ability to independently plan and execute complex network solutions using Cisco devices.
• Strong documentation skills, preferably using tools like Visio.
• Excellence in customer service and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a healthcare environment, understanding HIPAA regulations.
• Progress toward or achievement of a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
