Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
• Conduct analyses of stakeholder needs and evaluate change impacts across various teams.
• Address and mitigate resistance to change while coaching project teams effectively.
• Design and deliver organizational development programs to boost team efficiency and employee engagement.
• Establish and utilize metrics to assess and report on the success of change initiatives.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of expertise in change management and organizational development.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong project management abilities and proficient in using MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Pervious experience in the financial services industry or large corporate settings.
• Knowledge of organizational behavior and development strategies.
• Adaptability to new technologies that improve processes.
