Join a dynamic team as a Change and Organization Development Strategist, where you’ll be at the forefront of driving effective change initiatives and enhancing organizational transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with leaders and staff, implementing strategic change management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Conduct analyses of stakeholder needs and evaluate change impacts across various teams.
- Address and mitigate resistance to change while coaching project teams effectively.
- Design and deliver organizational development programs to boost team efficiency and employee engagement.
- Establish and utilize metrics to assess and report on the success of change initiatives.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of expertise in change management and organizational development.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong project management abilities and proficient in using MS Office and collaboration tools.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent qualifications.
- Pervious experience in the financial services industry or large corporate settings.
- Knowledge of organizational behavior and development strategies.
- Adaptability to new technologies that improve processes.
