Responsibilities

- Organize onboarding and training for global acquisitions and account management teams.
- Develop and coordinate engaging educational materials like eLearning and guides.
- Continuously assess feedback to enhance training programs and strategies.
- Clearly communicate program progress and updates to all stakeholders.
- Use AI-powered tools to boost engagement and optimize best practices in sales performance.
Skills
- Minimum of four years in enablement roles with proven experience handling intricate projects.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead in diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in tools such as Gsuite, Salesforce, and various content management platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in using design tools to craft effective training content.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and enablement best practices.
- Ability to effectively onboard new team members and support their professional growth.
