We are seeking a talented Digital Specialist to enhance our online presence and optimize our digital marketing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on website management and user experience improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure optimal performance and user engagement.
• Support the migration of additional sites to AEM, enhancing overall digital infrastructure.
• Analyze website analytics and user behaviors to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
• Coordinate with design and development teams to enhance user experience and interface.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility and conversion rates.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic and user interactions.

Skills

• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and project management software like JIRA.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude and Semrush.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles to enhance user interactions on digital platforms.
