Responsibilities

- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation
Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience with GlideRecord and REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Expertise in software asset management platforms

- Experience applying GenAI to modernize manual processes
