Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of user experiences for web and mobile platforms, aligning with brand and accessibility guidelines.
- Establish and maintain a documentation space for UX content via SharePoint.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Figma library for the design team.
- Conduct user research and develop personas to guide design choices.
- Work with stakeholders to enhance UX intake processes and strategies.
- Drive content and UX enhancement initiatives across multiple platforms.
Skills
- Strong track record in UX design with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Expertise in using design tools like Figma and SharePoint effectively.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.
- Knowledge of information architecture and content strategy.
