We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on how medical professionals make informed decisions through user-centered design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive design solutions that enhance user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Critique and evaluate design work, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Maintain and contribute to design pattern libraries and interface guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in visual/graphic design, interaction design, or user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects, including wireframes and prototypes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the healthcare domain or with enterprise software.
- Involvement in the UX community through meet-ups or conferences.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and user interaction analytics.
- Experience with Agile methodology and group facilitation.
