Join a dynamic IT Disaster Recovery team as an Innovation Lead, where you'll spearhead continuous improvement projects and drive process automation. This remote, six-month contract role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the resilience of critical applications in a collaborative and agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to optimize IT Disaster Recovery processes and tools, driving innovative improvements for internal services.
- Collaborate with IT DR Managers and the IT organization to identify opportunities for waste reduction and task automation.
- Build dashboards using essential tools to streamline data consolidation and reporting processes.
- Develop business cases for implementing advanced automation tools and AI, enhancing the Disaster Recovery practice.
- Serve as the liaison between IT DR Ops and innovation teams, accelerating high-quality improvements.
- Contribute to forums focused on adopting new technologies and best practices to evolve IT Disaster Recovery services.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience, with proven expertise in Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as scripting, Power Automate, and AI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like PowerBI, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
- Understanding of DevOps practices for workflow automation.
- Knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes.
