• Collaborate with teams to resolve guest-facing site issues proactively.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in eCommerce content management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office software tools.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong grammar skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using the Mirakl platform is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with web platforms and data management systems.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
