Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation solutions for IT systems and services.
- Collaborate with security engineers to improve infrastructure and configuration processes.
- Streamline and automate deployment and access management services.
- Build CI/CD pipelines to minimize manual interventions and increase efficiency.
- Integrate system monitoring and automate incident management and resolution.
- Explore and implement continuous improvements in change management and deployment processes.
Skills
- Strong experience with identity and access management systems.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and Python.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Ansible Tower, GitLab, and OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and automation best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of modern authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0.
- Experience with IBM security products and SQL.
- Skills in JavaScript and familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Exposure to RedHat Enterprise Linux and Ansible automation tools.
- Proficient in LDAP and PKI technologies.
