Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of various Enterprise Architecture projects, including SharePoint development and ServiceNow configuration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee resource assignments, project team deliverables, and track progress against defined success metrics.
• Document and manage project scope, risks, issues, and communications with clear escalation paths.
• Facilitate collaboration among designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Prepare and present executive-level status reports covering project schedules, scope, risks, and dependencies.

Skills

• Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive project success.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture and knowledge of governance frameworks.
