Join our team as a SharePoint UI Designer and play a pivotal role in revamping our Enterprise Architecture SharePoint site to align with strategic IT goals. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your expertise in modern SharePoint development will help shape our future-state EA repository.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a thorough gap analysis to identify requirements and improvements needed.
- Design and develop site navigation and templates for the EA repository.
- Create and configure modern SharePoint Online pages, libraries, and metadata.
- Integrate data from platforms such as Jira and PowerApps into the SharePoint site.
- Assist with migrating approved content to the newly developed site and implement governance processes.
- Support the user acceptance testing phase and prepare for production readiness.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for content authors and administrators.
Skills
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online and advanced SharePoint development practices.
- Strong grasp of information architecture and user experience design principles.
- Experience in developing content strategies and managing metadata and taxonomy.
- Capability in effectively gathering requirements and supporting governance initiatives.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with PnP PowerShell and tools within Microsoft 365.
- Experience working in MedTech or similar regulated industries.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
