Join us in shaping cutting-edge digital solutions as an AEM Developer Architect in Centennial, CO, with onsite work required Tuesday to Thursday. Lead the design of dynamic, customer-centric platforms leveraging Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring excellence in performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable AEM solutions with a focus on modularity and maintainability
- Develop custom components and workflows following Adobe's best practices
- Implement AEM as a Cloud Service using modern cloud-native architecture principles
- Optimize platform performance and caching strategies
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability
- Conduct architectural discussions and lead technical initiatives
- Troubleshoot complex issues and manage system integrations
- Establish standards for security, accessibility, SEO, and optimization
- Provide mentorship through code reviews to improve developer quality
- Support Agile delivery processes with sprint planning contributions
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for scalability support
Skills
- Over 10 years of experience in software engineering with AEM solutions delivery
- Extensive knowledge of AEM core frameworks, including Sling, OSGi, and JCR
- Proficiency with Java and front-end technologies like HTL, React, and Node.js
- Strong grasp of enterprise web architecture principles for scalable applications
- Experience in server-side rendering and caching strategies
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Kubernetes-based deployments and containerized environments
- Integration expertise with marketing technology stacks
- Technical leadership or solution architect experience
