Responsibilities

• Provide constructive feedback to peers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design processes.

Skills

• Proven experience in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
• Passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
