Responsibilities
- Design and develop code to implement key features that support business goals.
- Collaborate with different teams to align project outcomes with user requirements.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation adhering to agile methodologies.
- Conduct and oversee unit testing and automated tests to ensure high-quality code.
- Participate in the estimation and management of user stories in the project's backlog.
- Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance software effectiveness.
Skills
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Groovy programming languages.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of agile development practices and collaborative work environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in test-driven development and software test automation.
- Familiarity with Scrum methodology and agile project management techniques.
- Experience with Manhattan solutions or similar technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to a non-technical audience.
