Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a new platform that manages and reports on sales incentives.
- Collaborate with different teams to define scope and integrate data from various applications.
- Manage and prioritize development tasks to ensure alignment with roadmap and strategic goals.
- Maintain up-to-date sprint plans and refine the product backlog as needed.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to develop and refine product requirements collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience in managing sprints and product roadmaps.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
- Certifications such as SAFE Agile Product Owner are beneficial but not required.
