Responsibilities

• Analyze product features to understand customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Conduct statistical analysis, including A/B and multivariate testing, for product optimization.
• Develop and maintain metrics, reports, and dashboards for insights into product and customer behavior.
• Respond to business queries and perform in-depth analyses of customer behavior patterns.
• Utilize data mining, segmentation, and modeling techniques to identify customer trends.
• Engage in strategic and tactical discussions to guide business strategies.

Skills

• Proficient in handling and analyzing large-scale datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business-focused mindset.
• Expertise in SQL and data manipulation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS tools such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for interacting with both technical and business teams.
