We are seeking a talented Senior Motion Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create visually compelling motion design solutions across various platforms while collaborating with a passionate group of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, broadcast, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment and quality in all projects.
• Utilize video editing, color correction, sound design, and VFX to enhance final deliverables.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
• Maintain a deep technical understanding of video post-production and motion design requirements.
• Deliver projects on time while upholding high-quality standards.

Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or a related creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.
• Strong skills in video editing, sound design, and technical motion workflows.
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively pitch concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cinema 4D and Figma.
• Knowledge of motion AI prompting and creation.
• Videography, video production, and photography skills are a plus.
