An exciting opportunity awaits for a Senior Product Owner to lead and shape the future of wealth management products, where innovation and strategic initiatives will create streamlined financial experiences for clients.
Responsibilities
- Guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value through user-focused product experiences
- Collaborate with Product Manager to ensure work aligns with strategic roadmaps and provide feedback for product enhancements
- Drive continuous innovation and evolve product strategies while maintaining comprehensive roadmaps
- Create and prioritize user stories in the product backlog to capture maximum business value
- Ensure alignment across product teams for cohesive sprint plans and organizational value maximization
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs and refine product features accordingly
- Communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders, driving improvement and successful product outcomes
- Inspire product teams, fostering a collaborative and committed culture
Skills
- Proven experience leading Agile product teams with SCRUM and Kanban methodologies
- Strong strategic vision and hands-on execution in delivering impactful business objectives
- Effective decision-making skills to ensure timely and successful outcomes
- Outstanding stakeholder management abilities and a record of building trusted partnerships
- Exceptional communication skills to ensure alignment across product goals and roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills for logical reasoning and informed decision-making
Preferred Skills
- Certified Product Owner qualification or equivalent
- Background in financial services with certifications like Series 7
- Experience in developing execution strategies for complex products
- Ability to prioritize work against enterprise and product strategies
- Expertise in defining high-quality business requirements
- Leadership skills to motivate teams beyond direct reporting lines
