We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a SQL Developer - Azure, focused on building and optimizing database solutions to support scalable applications and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models aligned with application and business needs.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies.
• Own database performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Build and enhance data pipelines and integrations across systems.
• Work with Azure-hosted SQL environments and related data services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Skills

• Strong hands-on SQL development experience, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Experience working with SQL Server in an Azure environment.
• Ability to design solutions with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Experience integrating databases with other systems or data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure data services such as Data Lake or Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with deployment processes or tools (e.g., version control, pipelines).
• Microsoft Azure certification (or willingness to obtain).
