We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives within the agribusiness supply chain sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of large-scale agribusiness and supply chain technology implementations from inception to deployment.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to align project scope, milestones, and dependencies.
- Build and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to identify and resolve risks and issues proactively.
- Support senior leadership in managing vendor relationships and technology delivery partners.
- Document key project artifacts and maintain a structured program knowledge repository for transparency and auditability.
- Mentor and coach less experienced project managers to enhance overall delivery practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $2M and teams of 10+ resources.
- Strong background in professional services consulting and IT project management.
- Expertise in project management metrics, scope management, and budget tracking.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multi-business unit environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and executive leadership.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMI PMP, Certified Scrum Master).
- Experience with third-party vendor management and system integration.
- Familiarity with delivery tools such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate project needs and milestones.
