• Create and maintain process documentation to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Communicate progress effectively, managing risks with strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in business process management and end-to-end process design.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
• Proven ability to engage with and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Competence in drafting detailed business and technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with tools like Salesforce.
• Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or training in User-Centered Design.
