Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with cross-functional teams to define project scope and frame problems effectively.
- Conduct engaging workshops to map current processes and identify improvement areas.
- Translate insights into actionable business and technical requirements for AI and automation solutions.
- Create and maintain process documentation to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Communicate progress effectively, managing risks with strong documentation and collaboration skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in business process management and end-to-end process design.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
- Proven ability to engage with and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Competence in drafting detailed business and technical requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with tools like Salesforce.
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or training in User-Centered Design.
