We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Process Engineer with excellent design thinking and process optimization skills to transform our operations for growth and efficiency. Join our dynamic team for six months in Northeast Ohio or Buffalo, and help us drive operational excellence and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and facilitation sessions to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and experiences.
- Document and analyze current processes, offering recommendations for future enhancements to drive efficiency and growth.
- Produce clear business and technical requirements to support solutions such as automation and AI.
- Create engaging workshop agendas and support materials to facilitate change adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, maintaining momentum across concurrent initiatives.
Skills
- Proven experience in business process management and end-to-end process design.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and comfort with complex environments.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in transforming designs into implementable requirements.
- Experience with transformation initiatives and sustaining adoption.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial services domain, particularly Salesforce.
- Background in Loan Ops or Wealth Ops processes.
- Lean / Six Sigma and User-Centered Design certifications.
