We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to shaping comprehensive API documentation that enhances user experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure technical content is clear and consistently aligns with all software releases.

Responsibilities

• Craft and update extensive API documentation, including instructional guides and tutorials.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to convert complex technical details into accessible information.
• Boost the clarity and user-friendliness of content on the Developer Portal.
• Regularly review and update documentation to ensure accuracy with ongoing software updates.
• Implement and uphold standard documentation processes and templates.

Skills

• Proven expertise in technical writing, particularly in API documentation.
• Strong grasp of REST/SoapUI, GraphQL APIs, and diverse authentication methods.
• Outstanding collaboration skills for effective teamwork across disciplines.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger and Markdown/Git workflows.
