We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a state-of-the-art reliability testing lab. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full project lifecycle for the lab build-out, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks.
- Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, including engineering teams and external vendors, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Regularly update leadership on project status, milestones, and risks through written reports and presentations.
- Manage procurement and delivery timelines for equipment, aligning them with construction phases.
- Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and resource constraints, maintaining a focus on on-time project delivery.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven project management experience, particularly in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to various audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lab facility development, commissioning, or build-out projects.
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction coordination.
- PMP certification or equivalent credentials.
- Background in hardware development or test engineering environments.
