JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a QA Test Lead where you will play a crucial role in shaping the testing process for large-scale projects. Use your expertise to ensure quality and effective communication across project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex projects.
  • Lead and coordinate testing activities, ensuring traceability of test cases back to requirements.
  • Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams including business users and vendor managers.
  • Manage defect lifecycle and provide insightful status reports and trend analysis.
  • Conduct meetings with senior leadership to communicate progress and challenges.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing meetings and reporting to high-level stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in JIRA for test setup and execution.
  • Strong understanding of the Waterfall methodology in testing environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the utility industry or similar regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with writing test cases in a non-automated environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
