We are looking for a creative and passionate Designer to bring fresh concepts to our sleep and lounge collection, as well as our speed collection. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to interpret the latest fashion trends into unique designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts that embody style, color, and fabric trends.
• Create sketches and present design proposals seasonally.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams and participate in fit sessions.
• Analyze emerging fashion trends to guide your creative direction.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in designing women's apparel, especially knitwear.
• Strong ability to translate fashion trends into marketable designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sweater design is a plus.
• Proficiency in the latest design software and tools.
• Comfortable giving presentations and articulating design ideas.
