We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead programmatic design change management initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage programmatic design change requests, ensuring alignment with technical and business perspectives.
- Evaluate the technical readiness of changes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design changes across various disciplines.
- Maintain and update project management tools to track progress and facilitate communication.
- Support the global team in managing changes related to data center designs.
Skills
- Strong background in construction engineering with hands-on experience in the field.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to evaluate complex technical information and make informed decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Professional engineering license or project management professional certification.
- Experience in managing large construction projects, particularly data centers.
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Smart Sheets or similar project management software.
