Responsibilities

• Develop and test code to enhance functionality that meets business needs.
• Implement features from the product backlog while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct unit testing, create automated test scripts, and ensure all deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
• Document project progress and maintain necessary project documentation.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to team efforts in an iterative environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in Cobol, Mainframe, and DB2 for debugging and monitoring tasks.
• Experience with Java, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an agile team and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Kafka.
• Experience in test-driven development and software test automation.
• Scrum certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
