Responsibilities

• Manage projects using tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring timely communication and updates.
• Support digital banking initiatives by managing priorities and backlogs, as well as maintaining essential documentation.
• Provide user support and training to enhance efficiency and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality user acceptance testing and application release process.
• Assist in the integration and governance of project life cycles, focusing on data quality and reporting.
• Facilitate feedback and improvements within a supportive online banking environment.

Skills

• Experience with client-facing web/mobile applications in a financial environment (or other heavily regulated industries).
• Proficiency in project management and productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Jira/Confluence/Kanban.
• Solid analytical skills and a strategic approach to information gathering.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently yet collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with diverse teams.
