Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in supporting the alignment, integration, and governance of the Project Lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and make a significant impact on digital projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects using tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Support digital banking initiatives by managing priorities and backlogs, as well as maintaining essential documentation.
- Provide user support and training to enhance efficiency and address issues promptly.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality user acceptance testing and application release process.
- Assist in the integration and governance of project life cycles, focusing on data quality and reporting.
- Facilitate feedback and improvements within a supportive online banking environment.
Skills
- Experience with client-facing web/mobile applications in a financial environment (or other heavily regulated industries).
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Jira/Confluence/Kanban.
- Solid analytical skills and a strategic approach to information gathering.
- Self-driven with the capacity to work independently yet collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with diverse teams.
