Responsibilities
- Lead quality control and assurance processes for digital publishing, ensuring adherence to brand and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with marketing partners and content authors to refine and review digital assets.
- Conduct comprehensive manual and automated checks to ensure ADA compliance and content accuracy.
- Provide training and guidance to the digital authoring team, promoting best practices for continuous improvement.
- Manage and update quality assurance documentation to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
- In-depth experience with Adobe Experience Manager and a thorough understanding of its environment and components.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong copywriting and content review skills.
- Experience in QA/QC within digital publishing.
- A solid grasp of ADA compliance standards and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication prowess for effective coordination with diverse teams and providing constructive feedback.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Hearsay, Adobe Target, and SiteImprove for enhanced content management.
- Knowledge of usability and responsive design principles for top-tier user experience.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
