JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a thriving team as a Marketing Manager, where you'll spearhead dynamic marketing activities in a hybrid role based in Minneapolis. Collaborate with diverse and innovative teams to ensure successful outcomes and drive impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee audit, risk, and compliance submissions with precision and timeliness.
  • Manage financial processes, including invoice monitoring and budget alignment.
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring all elements align seamlessly.
  • Facilitate engaging quarterly planning sessions, aligning team priorities effectively.
  • Streamline workflow processes, managing meeting agendas and tracking action items for effective follow-up.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaborative digital tools.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across diverse teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining focus on detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in handling marketing calendars and tracking marketing campaigns.
  • Background in financial oversight and budget management.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse projects and deadlines successfully.
