Responsibilities

• Create and refine digital assets across various platforms, ensuring they meet vendor specifications.
• Adapt designs based on feedback, including adjustments to content hierarchy and visual elements.
• Implement production processes and effectively communicate them to team members.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Utilize design libraries and maintain organized files and documentation.
• Prepare logos and ensure accurate time tracking for all tasks.
• Conduct audits on files to uphold quality standards.
• Participate in additional tasks as assigned by the team.

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a digital production role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a solid understanding of design principles.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with image retouching and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or animation.
• Creative resourcefulness and curiosity.
