We are seeking a talented Digital Production Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine digital assets across various platforms, ensuring they meet vendor specifications.
- Adapt designs based on feedback, including adjustments to content hierarchy and visual elements.
- Implement production processes and effectively communicate them to team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Utilize design libraries and maintain organized files and documentation.
- Prepare logos and ensure accurate time tracking for all tasks.
- Conduct audits on files to uphold quality standards.
- Participate in additional tasks as assigned by the team.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital production role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a solid understanding of design principles.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with image retouching and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or animation.
- Creative resourcefulness and curiosity.
