We are seeking an innovative and experienced Principal UX Designer to lead the design vision for complex user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving impactful design initiatives that enhance user engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and define the design vision for high-impact projects within the organization.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and mockups to communicate design strategies effectively.
- Facilitate collaborative work sessions with stakeholders to align on product vision and design direction.
- Champion human-centered design principles and advocate for customer needs throughout the development process.
- Conduct usability testing and provide detailed specifications for engineering teams.
- Mentor and guide junior design talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Skills
- 10+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital service design.
- 8+ years of experience in UX design specifically for consumer-facing products.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma and capable of creating visually compelling designs.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to present design rationale to stakeholders.
- Ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative data into the design process.
Preferred Skills
- A master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline.
- Experience in mentoring senior-level design talent and leading complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools and designing for AI-enabled features.
- Experience in creating design patterns and UX standards.
- Knowledge of designing for voice and multimodal experiences.
