Join our dynamic team as a Principal UX Designer, where you will have the opportunity to innovate and lead the experience design for millions of users globally. This role will allow you to influence strategic design initiatives and drive user-centered solutions across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and execution of design strategies for comprehensive user experiences aligned with organizational objectives.
- Craft wireframes, mockups, and process flows to visually communicate design strategies.
- Facilitate collaborative sessions with stakeholders to define product vision and design direction.
- Advocate for a human-centered design approach, ensuring user needs are prioritized across teams.
- Conduct usability testing and develop detailed specifications for the engineering team.
- Guide and mentor design talent to promote excellence in design practices.
Skills
- Deep understanding of design and user experience principles, with over 10 years of experience showcasing a strong portfolio.
- Extensive experience in UX design for consumer-facing products, with a proven track record in end-to-end service delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively present design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and developing design teams.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree in Design, HCI, or related fields.
- Proficient in utilizing AI tools and designing AI-enabled features.
- Experience in integrating qualitative and quantitative data into design processes.
- Skilled in maintaining UX standards and establishing design patterns.
