Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a Customer Master Data Management solution, ensuring it aligns with enterprise standards
- Oversee platform setup, environment management, and lifecycle management of MDM tools
- Manage daily MDM operations and ensure high standards of data quality and compliance
- Collaborate with data governance and engineering teams to achieve operational excellence
- Guide and mentor a technical team, ensuring seamless platform upgrades and integration
Skills
- 6-10 years of experience in Master Data Management, data engineering, or platform operations
- Direct experience with Customer MDM solutions, notably Profisee or similar platforms
- Proficiency in entity modeling, match/merge rules, and data publishing
- Proven ability to effectively manage technical teams and their workloads
Preferred Skills
- Experience in regulated industries like financial services or healthcare
- Familiarity with cloud-native data infrastructures such as Azure and Snowflake
- Understanding of privacy principles in MDM contexts
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product-focused data teams
