Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a Customer Master Data Management solution, ensuring it aligns with enterprise standards
• Oversee platform setup, environment management, and lifecycle management of MDM tools
• Manage daily MDM operations and ensure high standards of data quality and compliance
• Collaborate with data governance and engineering teams to achieve operational excellence
• Guide and mentor a technical team, ensuring seamless platform upgrades and integration

Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Master Data Management, data engineering, or platform operations
• Direct experience with Customer MDM solutions, notably Profisee or similar platforms
• Proficiency in entity modeling, match/merge rules, and data publishing
• Proven ability to effectively manage technical teams and their workloads

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated industries like financial services or healthcare
• Familiarity with cloud-native data infrastructures such as Azure and Snowflake
• Understanding of privacy principles in MDM contexts
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product-focused data teams
