We are seeking a motivated and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead sourcing activities and drive strategic initiatives within an innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple RFQs/RFPs, overseeing vendor selection and spend management.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies across various categories.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in sourcing and supplier interactions.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers and develop award recommendations.
• Evaluate current suppliers and advise stakeholders on contracts.
• Draft contract language and collaborate with business units to define requirements.
• Mitigate contractual risks and provide support in vendor relationship management.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain is a plus.
• Experience in managing RFQ/RFP processes in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
